Complaint.
I have a 2021 Yamaha wave runner. Had it winterized and stored at buckeye.
Picked it up and was told it has been started and lake ready. Take it to the cottage and its dead. Battery is dead. Tried charging it wont take charge.
Disconnected battery pulled it out and discovered the side walls of battery had been sucked in and top of battery is spreading apart. Called buckeye and they wont do anything about it. Battery was never disconnected while winterized. New machine and I had to buy a new battery.
Sad buckeye wont do anything. All around *** service and will never darken that doorstep.

Totally unsatisfied. Been screwed around for several months.
There is a culture of not returning phone calls and not giving updates.They could have worked harder with Starcraft to sort out this problem.
